Short Circuit Electronics
A 30-year car audio shop had the reputation but not the online presence to match. We built a website that turns their decades of expertise into a customer magnet — showcasing installations, surfacing trust signals, and making the phone ring.

The Challenge
Short Circuit Electronics has been a Staunton institution since 1994, specializing in car audio installation, window tinting, remote starts, and electronics repair. Owner Thomas Wright is a Memphis Audio Top 20 Dealer and professional sound engineer, but their online presence didn't reflect the quality of their work.
They needed a website that matched the energy of their shop: bold, technical, and confident. Something that would showcase 30+ years of expertise, display their portfolio of installations, and make it dead simple for customers to call.
What We Built
Custom Audio Visualizer
An animated audio visualizer in the hero section sets the tone immediately. Seven bars with staggered animations give the page a pulse that matches the car audio brand perfectly.
Bold Dark Theme
A dark color scheme with red accents and glow effects feels technical and premium. Custom textured backgrounds add depth and personality without slowing anything down.
9-Project Gallery
A responsive gallery showcases installations across vehicles, boats, UTVs, and commercial spaces. Hover effects and category labels make browsing intuitive.
Trust Signals Throughout
A+ BBB rating, 4.6 Google Stars (68 reviews), Memphis Audio Top 20 Dealer status, and 30+ years in business are woven into every section to build immediate credibility.
The Impact
Phone Calls From the Web
Click-to-call buttons throughout the site make it dead simple for mobile visitors to call. The phone number is front and center — no hunting through pages to find contact info.
Trust Built Instantly
A+ BBB rating, 4.6 Google Stars from 68 reviews, Memphis Audio Top 20 Dealer — these trust signals are woven throughout the site so visitors see proof of quality on every page.
Local Search Dominance
Search engine optimization, service-specific pages, and Staunton-focused content help Short Circuit appear when customers search for car audio, window tinting, and remote starts in the area.
Portfolio That Sells
The 9-project gallery lets customers see the quality of work before calling. Vehicles, boats, UTVs — potential customers can find an installation similar to what they want.
